Course Content:
- Basic knowledge of coffee
- Coffee modulation techniques
- Daily operation of a coffee shop and a role of a Barista
- Job search skills
- Skills in making milk tea and other common beverages
- Personal hygiene
- Personal attributes
Entry Requirements:
Form Three, or Primary Six with at least two years working experience; and pass the English entry test and interest in Barista or relate work and demonstrate indications for employment at the admission interview .
Course Duration: 160 hours (15 whole days and 10 half days, approximately 8 week)
